The Best Part of Your Life Is Yet To Come

One of the blessings of becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ is the hope for the future He imparts to us.

No longer do we need to be concerned about what will happen tomorrow, for we know our life is now under His control, and He always desires the very best for us.

“For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11

We need not worry about what we shall eat or drink or what we shall we shall wear, for our heavenly Father knows ahead of time what we need and will provide for us – if we first seek His kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:31-33).

When we get nervous about anything, the Scriptures tell us that, by prayer and supplication, we are to make our requests known unto Him. As we do, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will comfort our hearts and minds through Messiah Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).

So today, regardless of your circumstances or concerns, comfort yourself in God’s promises and rejoice in the fact that He will take good care of you – today, tomorrow, and forevermore. As a child of God, your future is in God’s hands and highly blessed. Regardless of your checkered past, the best part of your life is yet to come!
